Question

My bank accounts are linked and pulling transactions correctly BUT my statements are no longer downloading so am unable to do a reconciliation?

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser.  Sometimes browsing data can accumulate and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Clearing cache and cookies can help resolve browsing data issues. You can also try opening your QuickBooks account in a private browser to see if you get the same results. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:


Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
