My Tangerine account has not been able to connect to QuickBooks Self-Employed since last October - has anyone been able to resolve this?

Tangerine changed the password system - and now quick books can not connect. I have been told Quickbooks is working on it - but still can not import data directly.

Use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time payment.

I understand how the recent password updates from your bank are affecting your bank connection. If you’re currently using the mobile app, please try linking your account through a web browser instead. If the connection still fails, I recommend contacting a QuickBooks Self-Employed Live Expert to get an update about this.

In the meantime, you can download your data as a CSV file from your bank and manually upload it into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
