Hello there, Pbsaccounting1. When connecting a credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO), most financial institutions limit the automatic download of transaction history to the last 90 days. This is why you are currently seeing 2026 data but are unable to retrieve transactions from 2024 directly through the bank feed.

To resolve this, we can manually upload the missing data. This ensures your records are fully up to date and accurately reflect all transactions from both the current and previous years.

Navigate to Bank Transactions, click the dropdown next to Link account, and choose Upload from file. Select your file and click Continue. Pick the appropriate QuickBooks account, map your columns, and select the transactions to import. Finally, click Continue, then Yes, and Done to complete the upload.

Once finished, your 2024 transactions will appear in the For Review tab. To maintain accurate records and avoid duplicates, you can follow the instructions in this article to categorize them: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
