Where/how do I code a cash redemption for a credit card?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the ability to record cash back to your credit card account seamlessly.  I would be happy to show you how!

Follow these steps to enter the cash redemption;

1. Open +New from the left menu

2. Select Credit card credit

3. Locate the appropriate account from the Bank/Credit Account ▼ dropdown menu

4. Under the Category details, select the account that you have for your cash back rewards whether expense/income account as you see fit
Note: If you don't have an account to track your cash back rewards, you need to create one. Please see How to create a new parent account or subaccount.

1. Enter the required information
2. Select Save and close.
