Where is the tab for "Company"?

Thanks for the reaching out to the Community. I'll be happy to show you where to find the Company Tab.

To do this, click on the Gear icon and navigate to Accounts and Settings. I'll attach an image below for reference:

Once you click on Accounts and Settings, you'll see the Company Tab at the left side of the screen. Here's a screenshot:
