You can troubleshoot this to address the uploading issue with your receipts, @spin1.

To begin with, do you encounter any error messages when trying to upload your receipts? This information would help us pinpoint the exact issue and provide a targeted solution.

When uploading your sales receipt into the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, please note that the accepted file formats are PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG. If using a newer iPhone or iPad, you can convert HEIC images to a compatible format before uploading.

Here's how to troubleshoot your app:

For iOS devices:

  1. Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General.
  2. Click on iPhone Storage and choose the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
  3. Tap on the Offload App option to refresh the app's data.

For Android devices:

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Select Application.
  3. Look for the QBO app.
  4. Tap the clear data to reset the app to its initial state.

If the issue persists, you can uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This ensures that the version you'll be using is updated.

In the meantime, you can upload your sales receipts by logging into your QBO using a web browser.
