i just aquired 20 acres not sure what to do with can i start it as business or farm

My honest suggestion would be to keep it. If you have it you can always plan to do some thing with it. What sort of land is this? Urban, commercial...

Where is your new kingdom located? For farming, climate and soil conditions will determine a lot.
