I own a bar and i just want to keep track of my daily sales, taxes, expenses, etc. there are no invoices to send to customers How do i do this?

You may consider using a POS solution. There are many options to explore. QuickBooks POS, Square, Cake, Toast, and others. Once your POS is running, you may consider to sync it to QuickBooks later. Just my 2 cents.
