Hello there. I know how it feels when your transactions and customers are missing. I'm here to help you sort things out.
Before that, I'd like to know where you added the bank information if it's in the invoice template or the customer profile.
Your case may also be caused by stored cookies and cache, that block you from seeing all your customers and transactions in QuickBooks Online. We can perform the basic troubleshooting process. This helps fix your browser to work better and faster. Here's how:
Restart your browser.
Log in to your QuickBooks company file in an incognito or private browser and try to see if you can access all your customers and transactions. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then you may see if it fixes the problem and gets started on the tasks at hand. If the incognito window didn't work, you can use another supported browser.
I've also added the following articles for future reference:
In QuickBooks Self-Employed, transactions are posted against the bank account and will be removed if the feed is deleted. We're able to recover any lost transactions as previously categorised (meaning you won't have to re-do any work) to a new connection or to the default cash account.
So that we can take so account-specific information to recover the transactions for you, please begin a chat or contact our social media support team (@QuickBooksUK on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).
