Can you delete the date and approved line at the bottom of the purchase order, as if it is emailed directly to supplier it will not be signed

Unfortunately there is no way of removing the Date and approved line on the purchase orders. We appreciate this may not be ideal to you but we are unable to edit this, You can leave your feed back for this issue for the engineers to look into?
