If you are referring to GoCanvas, you can contact their support team to link and connect your new email. If you are instead referring to updating your QuickBooks Online (QBO) email, you can add this new email as a new user and set it as your primary admin.

Select the Gear Icon in the upper right corner.
Under the Your Company column, select Manage users.
Select Add user and enter the name and email address.
Choose a role from the Assign roles dropdown.
Review the access levels and select Send invite.

Once the new user with the updated email has been added, you can assign them the Primary Admin role. This allows you to use your new email address as the primary login for your QBO.
