Hi I’m looking to set up different email templates To send out which will change depending on the products customers have ordered. Can anyone help?

It's not currently possible to have more than one email template in QuickBooks Online, when you update the 'Message to customer' within the email preferences of a custom form style invoice, this will update across all invoice templates. We agree this would be a useful feature to have and would be grateful if you could pop through a feedback request for this by going to the Cog > Feedback within your account, this way your suggestions will be submitted directly to our developers.
