How do I differentiate between bought stock and sold stock? I don't want to see sold stock when trying to raise a PO. Is this possible?

There is no way to differentiate - all stock will show in the list when raising a purchase order.

Please use the feedback option within your cog wheel to suggest this as a feature to the developers, they will then look into implementing this in future updates.
