I can share some information with creating customer groups, @jolantadixon.
You can create and send customer statements individually. A summary of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances. The feature to create groups of customers is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) UK.
The feature to create customer groups in QBO UK will be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. For now, you can visit the QuickBooks Blog to check for new updates and features that we have.
In the meantime, you can send them customer statements individually. Here's how:
Go to the Sales menu and choose the Customers tab.
Select the checkbox for the customer you want to make statements for.
In the Batch actions dropdown ▼, click Create statements.
Review the customer's email addresses.
Pick Save, Save and close, Save and send, or Print or Preview once you're done.
