How to enable find and match option in foreign currency bank?

You can use the Find match option to match the downloaded transaction to the one recorded in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Go to Banking > For Review.
2. Find the transaction and select it to expand.
3. Select the Find match option and choose Foreign currency under the Search field.
4. Put a check mark on the transaction you want to match.
5. Click Save.

Once done, the transaction will be added to the In QuickBooks section. You can run a report called Exchange Gain or Loss. This account logs any exchange rate or differences.

Here's how:

1. Go to Accounting > Chart of Accounts.
2. Search for Exchange Gain or Loss account.
3. Click on the Run report link.
