How to make a customer inactive in records

Hello there, @communityoil.

I've got you the steps to help you remove a customer by making them inactive. 

Please know that even if a customer is inactive, all transactions associated with them it still stay on reports.

Here's how: 

1. Go to Get paid & pay and select Customers.
2. Select the customer's name to open their profile, then select Edit.
3. Select Make inactive and Yes to confirm.
