You'll need to manually edit the address to remove the two extra characters from the postcode, SW58.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), postcodes are included in customer, supplier, or company addresses. To update or edit this information, simply make the necessary changes and ensure you click Save to maintain accuracy in your records.

If you're referring to updating it from your business address, here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. In the Company menu, click Edit in the Address section.
  3. Remove the two-character code in your Postcode.
  4. Click Save, then Done

If you need to correct the postcode in your customer or supplier's profile, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customer (from the Sales menu) or Supplier (from the Expenses menu) profile.
  2. Click Edit and locate the Postcode in the address field.
  3. Remove the two-character code in your Postcode.
  4. Click Save to update.
