I cannot allocate bankings to a customer in a US $ account, do not have the option to match

Hi gerry18, thanks for joining the Community - due to differences in the exchange rates, oftentimes it is not possible to match payments in multicurrency. In this circumstance, we recommend excluding the transaction in the bank for-review tab, and recording the payment manually inside of QuickBooks.
