Hello John

There are a few ways to show this. Are you paying yourself dividends? Are you wanting this to show as an expense and show on the profit and loss report or do you have an equity account for retained earnings that you are paying yourself from annually?

Or are you wanting to show as a wage with PAYE? Let us know and we can certainly advise how to record this.

Thanks

Emma

I want to use PAYE once a year (not monthly or weekly)

Hey john-atherton,

Have you selected a version of payroll from the Employees tab?

We currently offer the Standard and Advanced payroll software - only the Advanced payroll supports annual submissions.
