Items will not merge. A message comes up to say something is wrong but I don't know what. Can anyone tell me why items will not merge?

Merging items in QuickBooks Online (QBO) has product limitations. The program only allows the merging of Service or Non-stock items. The option to merge Stock and Bundle items is currently unavailable. This is the reason why you're getting an error when merging items.
