Lock Users out of QuickBooks

Help has arrived, @HAM9. I'll share some insights about managing users in QuickBooks Online.

In QBO, we have an option to add and delete users. However, removing them is permanent, but you can still view their history in the audit log. Once ready, you can invite them back anytime and provide individual permissions for specific tasks.

If you want to remove them from QBO temporarily, it's best to send this suggestion to our Product Developers. They might consider adding this recommendation in future updates. Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
2. Enter your feedback Suggestion.
3. Press Next.
