Since last update, unable to search customer address?

I appreciate you for getting back, @rosstimberland.

I can see the importance of looking for your customers by postal address or any of the fields available from the Customer information window such as email, phone, mobile, address line 1, address line 2, town, county, postcode, and others. However, the system currently defaults to search customers by their names.

The good news is, our engineers are working nonstop to enhance the product to deliver the best experiences for all QuickBooks users. For now, you can submit your feedback to send this idea directly to our engineering team so they can take action to help improve your experience. 

Here's how:

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
