Welcome to the QuickBooks UK Community

We're excited to have you here. The QuickBooks Community is a place for small business owners, accountants, and QuickBooks users to connect, share knowledge, solve problems, and help power prosperity for themselves and their clients, whatever plan you’re on.
This guide is your orientation: a quick look at how the Community works, the simple guidelines that keep it valuable for everyone. Take some time to explore, join a discussion, and make yourself at home
Here you’ll find:
- 24/7 access and support from QuickBooks experts.
- Tools, regularly updated guides, and expert articles.
- Community events and drop-ins.
- Thousands of like-minded users.
You don’t need to do everything at once. Start with what you need right now.
How We Keep This a Great Place:
The QuickBooks Community works best when it feels welcoming, useful, and trustworthy. Most of that comes down to a little common sense, but here's what we ask of everyone who participates.
- Keep it respectful and constructive. Remember the person behind the username. Be professional, solution-oriented, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. Constructive dialogue helps everyone, while harassment or abusive language is strictly prohibited.
- Keep it organised. Posting on the right board and staying on topic helps everyone find answers faster. If something new comes up, start a fresh discussion rather than steering an existing thread off course, and skip posting the same question across multiple boards.
- Keep it private and use good judgment. Never share sensitive personal, financial, banking, or client information (yours or anyone else's) and don't repost private messages without permission. Because this community runs on advice from fellow users, a fix that worked for one business may not fit another. Always verify guidance before relying on it for your books, your business, or your clients.
Keep in mind that any and all content you post on the Community is viewable publicly. So make sure you are not sharing any personally identifiable information such as email address, company info, etc.
