Why have shortcuts changed I can no longer see customers

Hello there, @userdamien.I'm here to help you customize your shortcuts menu in QuickBooks Online. 

You can customize your shortcut menu and select all the icons you want to reflect. You can follow these steps and see the attached screenshot for your reference:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click on the Dashboards on the left Menu and select Home.,
3. From the Shortcut page tap the pencil icon and click the box beside the Add Customer option.
