Can I edit 2025 W-2 gross salary in QuickBooks online payroll

In QuickBooks, you can edit a paycheck within the same calendar year. However, since it’s already February, I recommend contacting our Payroll Live Support team. They will be the ones to process the correction for you. Here's how:    

1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
2. Select the Search option, then click the Contact Us tab.
3. Enter the question, keyword, or topic for which you need assistance.
4. Choose a way to connect with us.

Take note that if the form has already been filed, you can request us to do your W-2Cs as well. Otherwise, you'll have to amend and file your W-2C and W-3 with the Social Security Administration manually. To do this, follow the General Instructions for Forms W-2c and W-3c from this file.
