Constant Intrusive Pop-Ups and Upgrade Ads in QBO - Frustrating & Unacceptable

Hello Community and Intuit Representatives,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction as a paying QuickBooks Online customer. My company, Lehman Construction, pays a significant amount for this service, but the user experience has become incredibly frustrating due to constant, intrusive pop-ups and advertisements for upgrades.

It's nearly impossible to navigate the system to pull basic reports (as seen in the screenshot attached to my feedback submission) without having to dismiss multiple ads. This is not the "heavy lifting" or "better" service I signed up for. Instead of saving me time, these interruptions are a major time-sink.

Are other users experiencing this? Is there a way to permanently disable these sales pitches?

Intuit, please listen to your paying customers. Focus on providing value and a clean, ad-free environment for the core accounting tasks we rely on you for, instead of constantly trying to upsell us.

Thank you,
A Frustrated Customer

Download chrome extension "Click to Remove Element" and watch Hector Garcia's tutorial on how to use it correctly.

It's a thing of beauty! Haven't cried since downloading it!

You can download the chrome extension "Click to remove element" then go to Hector Garcia's QB tutorial on how it works. I highly recommend Hector's vid cause it's easy to mess things up and you need to know how to fix it. It's a thing of beauty...haven't cried at my desk since downloading it!!!
