Question

Converting QB Enterprise to QB Pro Accountant

I have a client with a QB Enterprise File but I have QB Accountant Pro. It looks like I will have to use a third party conversion service in order to access the files. Is there a list of approved providers from QB to help with this?

Thanks!

You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA directly by email for assistance.  Your total cost will be around $100 per company file after cashbacks.

Hi there, @Teri22. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise requires both the application and the company file to be the same version to open the file.

Since you are currently using the Pro version, you can consider upgrading to the Enterprise Accountant to gain access to the company file. Alternatively, you can explore third-party data migration services. However, we're unable to provide a list of specific providers.

To avoid any issues or errors when upgrading QuickBooks Desktop, please take a moment to learn more about the compatibility of company files.

Please don't hesitate to reply if you require additional information about managing files.
