I hate to hear that you've had a hard time getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. We want to ensure that you get your issue taken care of as soon as possible so that you're able to get back to running your business. 

Have you tried requesting a callback through your QBO product? This is usually the best option to get in touch with a specialist to help you answer any questions you may have. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help ? icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Contact Us button. 
3. Enter your questions and hit Let's talk. 
4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback or Request a callback. 

Afterwards, you should receive an estimated time frame of when they will give you a call.
