How do I print all the open invoices using QB Desktop

I need to print all my open invoices using QB Desktop. I am able to easily print statements but the only way I have to print an invoice is individually. Is there a way to print all open invoices?

There’s actually a way to batch print open invoices in QB Desktop. Go to the File menu, then choose Print Forms and select Invoices. You’ll see a list, just filter or check off the open invoices you want. I usually hit Select All and uncheck any I don’t need. Then just print, and QuickBooks will run through the batch for you.

If your invoices aren’t showing up there, double-check that their status is set to Open and not marked as paid or void.

Is there a simple way to sort them so that I can uncheck the ones I do not need. I am seeing too many invoices.

You can navigate to the Income Tracker option and print your open invoices from there, TR-2025.

You can locate this feature under the Customers menu. Refer to the attached image for the complete guide.

Lastly, what PollNofer suggested is another good option. However, you'll have to uncheck the paid invoice individually to sort them out.
