I mistakenly hit the button on an unpaid invoice as "paid". How do I undo this?

Hi there, @pepperhines.

While we can’t undo a payment once it’s been applied to an invoice, you can delete the invoice and create a new one to make sure your records stay accurate.

Here's how to delete the Invoice:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self- Employed account.
  2. Go to Invoices.
  3. In the Action dropdown of the Invoice, click Delete.

Please reply to this post if you have additional questions about your Invoices.
