Our organization relies heavily on the QuickBooks Online (Beta) connector in Power BI for financial reporting and analysis. The direct integration has been critical for scheduled refreshes and dashboard automation that support decision-making.
Microsoft has officially announced the deprecation of this connector, with access being removed from the Power BI Service in June 2025 and from Power BI Desktop in July 2025. This change will cause significant disruption for businesses like ours that depend on the connection. The official Microsoft notice is attached.
We kindly ask if QuickBooks and Intuit can work with Microsoft to either restore, extend, or provide a replacement for this connector. Having a supported, first-party integration is far more secure and reliable than relying solely on third-party middleware. Any update or roadmap information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
