Question

The expenses tab seems to have disappeared. How do I manually add them?

I’ve had the same thing, it must be something to do with the update, they are still in my history but I have no way of adding them

As you use your browser, it stores data that can accumulate and potentially disrupt your connection, causing certain buttons or features to disappear. To ensure the Expense tab loads correctly, I recommend using a different browser to give the page a fresh start before attempting to add the expense again.

This step also helps when the issue occurs after updating, and you can still access your transaction history. If you're using the QuickBooks mobile app, clear the app's data. If the problem persists, contact our Live support team for further assistance.

I'll keep this thread open in case you have any further questions.

I’ve done all of what you suggested above and it’s still not there, the expenses are on the history on the app but I have no ‘expenses’ tab which is usually located above my mileage tab, what should I do?
