An employee cannot access W2. I've sent two reminders but he gets a message that W2 is not available and to notify employer.

Have you set up QuickBooks Workforce? If you already did, your employees can have copies of their W-2s online. Otherwise, you can download their W-2 form as a PDF and manually send it to them.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu and select Payroll Tax.
2. Press the Filings, then click the Resources icon.
3. On the Filings & Forms page, pick W-2s.
4. From there, you can choose which one you need. The available copies are W-2, Copies B, C & 2 link.
