Can anyone tell me how I have two paychecks in my register for the same person on the same date and not in my paycheck list?

I'd gladly provide information about the duplicate paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start with, is your payroll bank account connected to online banking in QBO? If so, please ensure to match the paychecks that are paid via direct deposit instead of adding them to your register to avoid duplicates.

Moreover, I recommend checking your Audit Log to see if another user is interrupting your books and ensure that the check date in your Chart of Accounts is correctly filtered for the paycheck list. Also, ensure that when running the Paycheck List is correctly filtered. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Payroll tab from the left menu.
2. Select Employees list.
3. Under Run Payroll, select Paycheck List
4. Select Filters and review it if it's correct.
5. Then, select Apply.
