Can i cancel a payroll event?

If the paycheck is direct deposit and is already processed, or the paycheck is a paper check: Contact our Customer Support Team for help changing your pay period dates. Note: this won't change the dates on the paper check unless you reprint the check. 

If the direct deposit paycheck has been created but not yet processed: You can delete the paycheck then recreate it with the correct pay period.
