Can I create a pay schedule that is paid yearly? When I create a pay schedule, the drop down does not give the choice of yearly.

If there's no choice for yearly, then you can't create one that's yearly.

Notably, no jurisdiction in the US allows for this. Some states allow monthly. Few if any for periods longer than that.
