Can I do an ACH for employee wages

If this issue is only limited to 1 employee for their direct deposit and you are working to resolve the bank account issue, that's great.

In the meantime you cannot do an ACH direct from QuickBooks Online to the employees bank account.  However, you could record their paycheck as a paper check instead of a direct deposit and then see if you can send an ACH transfer to your employee directly from your banks website to their bank account for the Net paycheck.
