If I cancel my subscription to Quickbooks online will I still be able to print the w-2s for this year?

You will not be able to print W-2s after cancelling the QuickBooks Online subscription, @rpalmer01.

 

After canceling QuickBooks Online, you can view your data in read-only mode for one year. To print W-2s, you can temporarily reactivate your account for a month.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click Edit Billing Info, then click Resubscribe.
