Let me be the first to welcome you to the Community. I’m here to walk you through the steps of updating your Direct Deposit bank in QuickBooks Desktop.
You can change the account that direct deposit funds will post in the Account Preferences menu. Here’s how:
1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Choose Send Payroll Data from the list.
3. On the Send/Receive Data window, click Preferences.
4. Select the new account from the drop-down list on the Account Preferences menu.
5. Hit OK to save the changes, then Close.
That should get you pointed in the right direction. Reach out to me if you need anything else, I’ll be here to help you out. Thanks for coming to the Community and take care!
I have the same problem i submitted the form while speaking to a QB agent on Nov 4th and still has not been updated. Not sure what else to do to get help about this.

If you already have submitted the Direct Deposit Bank Account Change form to sbpfcsoperations@intuit.com, and haven't heard from us after the next business day, please contact us for updates. They can tell if there is some information or missing documents needed, which is why the update is delayed.
To get our support, follow the steps below:
