Copies of 941 tax forms

I know a way how you can access a copy of your 941 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Lem.

The steps to view and print your tax forms depend on whether you choose to e-file the form or print and file it manually. I'll guide you through the process for both scenarios:

For e-filed tax forms:

1. Go to the Taxes tab and select Payroll Tax.
2. Click the Filings tab.
3. View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section.
4. You can also select Resources and choose Archived forms and filings for past forms.
5. If available, press Preview to view forms not yet filed.

For manually filed tax forms:

1. Go to Taxes and choose Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
3. Click Resources and choose Archived forms and filings.
4. Select the dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
5. Choose the 941 forms and press View.
