create a 2nd payroll check

1. Navigate to the Time menu, then Time entries.
2. Set the Display by, Date range, and Status. 
3. Select the employee's name, then Edit.
4. Make your changes, then Save and close.

Once done, you can head back to the Payroll section and Create another check. Please ensure that the pay period for Fred's vacation hours aligns with the timing of the second check to keep everything in sync and prevent errors along the way.
