Question

Did your QB rates increase without notice?

Last month I paid $7.50, now I'm paying $15 for the service. There was no notice of increasing prices and also doubling it! I did not agree to this and I want to know if others are experiencing the same problem.

Did you signup for your QBSE account 3 months ago? Your discounted rate is over and you have to pay the regular rate now. Another option, 30% off for 6 months

Thanks for letting us know about your billing concerns, @evelynyvan-gmail.

When you first signed up with QuickBooks Self-Employed, our website offers a 50% discount for 3 months. After that, the regular price will apply.

In your case, it could be that you've fully consumed the 3 months discounted price.

You can check out this link for more insights: QBSE Plans and Pricing.

Should you need to verify your billing information, you can chat with one of our QBSE agents through this link: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

Let me know if you have additional concerns about your subscription. I'm always around to help.

I am having the same issue. Mine went from $10.70 to $26.75 per month with ZERO notice. We've been a subscriber for years and weren't part of a discounted plan so that isn't a sufficient answer.
