E-Filing NM Unemployment Taxes Submitted but not Received

I created and E-filed my New Mexico State Unemployment Taxes; however, the State Agency states it has not been received. According to the State agency response there is a new XML file format - why didn’t Intuit update properly?

At the moment, QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced cannot process New Mexico's updated XML wage format directly through e-filling. You must submit your tax forms and payments manually: print the data from QuickBooks Desktop, log into the New Mexico Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System, and manually enter or upload your return.

You can register your company for electronic payment services by setting up Intuit as your Third-Party Agent (TPA). This way, Intuit can pay and file unemployment on your behalf. However, this is only possible for QuickBooks Online Payroll and QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted or Full-Service users.
