Emailing paystubs?

Hi there, Cwondo. QuickBooks Online (QBO) currently does not have the functionality to email pay stubs directly to employees. Let me share some options that ensures your employees can still access their pay stubs promptly and securely.

As a workaround, you can either invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce or manually send their pay stubs. With QuickBooks Workforce, they can conveniently view and print their pay stubs.

Here's how to invite them:

1. Navigate to Payroll and select Employees.
2. Choose the employee to be invited.
3. Go to Permissions.
4. Click Send Invite and enter the email address.
   
5. Hit Send Invite.

Alternatively, if you prefer manually sending pay stubs, you can download them from QBO and directly email them to your employees.
