Employee unable to change Service Item in QB TIME

 My employees have several Service Items to choose from. One of my employees has recently not been able to choose on certain Jobs. It doesn't happen for all of them or all the time, it's completely random. 

I've sent him a new invite hoping it will re-set. Any ideas?

To start, I suggest waiting for your employee to accept the new invitation in QuickBooks Time to see if this resolves the problem, as it could be a user-related issue. If the issue persists even after the re-invitation, I recommend contacting our Live Support team to further check why your employee is unable to change the service item.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
