Thanks for posting here in the QuickBooks Community, @TSh3. I'll share details about the trophy icon for some of your employees in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The trophy cup that appears next to your employee's name or beneath the Pay Rate column indicates the employee's anniversary. You can review the employee's information by looking through his profile.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then choose the Employees tab.
2. Select the employee's name.
   
3. You can start checking the employee's Employment details, Personal info, and others.
4. Repeat the same procedures for other names with the trophy icon.
