Hello, May I ask if we can subscribe in 1 Intuit payroll account and use different banks for direct deposits for my 2 locations?

Hello Catherine. No, you cannot use two different bank accounts for direct deposits within a single Intuit Online Payroll account under one EIN. If you want to switch the account, you'll need to change it manually each time you do payroll.
