It's great to see a new face here in the Community. I appreciate you coming here with your question on how to get in contact with our support team. 

All you need to do is a few easy steps to get in touch with our Customer Support Team. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help (?) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Contact Us button. 
3. Give a brief description of the problem and hit Let's talk. 
4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback or Chat. 

It's that simple!
