In QuickBooks Payroll powered by Employment Hero, the notification about Hero clearing charges for super payments relates to the superannuation payment process through the Super Clearing House (SCH). This indicates that a super payment transaction has been recorded or cleared in your bank account.

You can check the super payment status on the Pay Runs page after finalising a pay run.

1. Go back to the Pay Runs page.
2. Hover over the super icon next to the Date Paid column.
3. You’ll see the icon turn green, which means Super has been received (Beam) or marked as paid (Manual).
