Hourly time - Single Day Entry

When creating a time entry, QuickBooks Online (QBO) displays everyone who provides services to your company, Lisa. Let's dig deeper into this for a better understanding about time entry process in the application .

Anyone who renders a service under your company, whether they are your employees, vendors, or contractors, will appear. The application will show a comprehensive list that encompasses everyone who contributes to your company's operations. Therefore, the option to show only employees in the Name dropdown is unavailable.

It is also a good idea for QBO users to have the option to display only employees while hiding others when creating a single-day entry. This will help you narrow down the options and quickly select a worker. Thus, I encourage you to send your suggestions to our product development team. Your feedback is essential for shaping features that truly meet user needs:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.

After that, you can run payroll reports specific to worker's compensation and customize them to see details according to your preferences:
